And he might or might not have a slight fever caused by said infection in said stab wound. And perhaps he got a little mixed up in which safe houses actually belonged to him and which ones belong to annoying Replacements.

Tim gets kidnapped by Ra's Al Ghul who seems to want to test the newest Robin. However he doesn't seem inclined to let him go. All Tim wants to do is get home to protect his Batman.
“Stop struggling boy,” the voice was cold, too cold to be human. Maybe it was a robot. A robot that was bent on conquering the world.
Maybe the robot saw him as a threat. Tim almost giggled at that. Dumb robot. Robin was a threat, but Tim wasn’t wearing his uniform. He was just Timothy Drake, and Timothy Drake wasn’t a threat. But Batman still needed a Robin.Series

“Something has been stolen from us,” Thanatos said, his wings puffing up as he spoke. “Something that is very important to us. And we are fairly certain that the person who stole this thing of ours is in this very crowd.”
Dream tensed beside Tommy as the crowd broke out into murmurs. Eyes were darting towards the different heroes in the crowd, the benefactors no doubt assuming that the culprit had to be a hero.
“Like we said, we haven’t crashed your party to cause trouble. But we want this thing returned to us, and we won’t hesitate to take extreme measures to get what we want.”
or, Tommy was a lot of things: a newly debuted hero sidekick, an amnesiac, and a former kidnapping victim of the Syndicate.
Tommy didn't actually remember that last one though. That was just what Dream told him.
Only weeks after his hero debut, the Syndicate announces they are searching for something, and Tommy knows it has to be him. The scariest part? If they find him, Tommy will have no clue what to expect, because the Syndicate might know him, but he has no memories of them.
So he can't let them find him. No matter what.
Of course they end up finding him anyway.

“Another kid,” Wilbur said, stepping back from the door. Philza just nodded and stepped into the doorway, crossing his arms and flaring his wings slightly, an intimidating figure.
“You know the deal,” the social worker said, her voice making it clear there was going to be no arguing. Tommy wondered if anyone could argue with the man in front of him.
“You know I won’t refuse,” Philza said. For a long moment, he and the social worker locked eyes. Then she lowered her gaze and stepped back.
“I’ll leave you to settle in then.” She handed Tommy the bag of items and turned to leave.
“W- that’s it?” he demanded. She paused, turning back, and shrugged.
“I’m sure you can figure it out from here.” With that, she returned to the car, slipping into the front seat and started the engine.

The Antarctic Empire is most likely one of the Overworld’s greatest wonders. Right above how the Nether spawned seemingly out of nowhere from void and directly below the author growing her own pair of nonexistent balls to finally post this.
It was truly mystifying.
