Summary
Eddie finds brunch generally irritating as a concept. He does not hate mimosas and fun, whatever Steve and Robin have to say about it, but he’d rather not have to offer bottomless cocktails to the Sunday after church crowd, which, in Eddie’s experience, consists of possibly the most obnoxious and entitled breed of customer he’s ever encountered. So yeah, 'Missing Shade of Blue Bistro' is closed on Sundays. Which leaves Eddie plenty of time for catching up on paperwork and, much more importantly, spending quality time with his puppy.
Or: I love puppy play and this fandom needs more of it!! Because I said so! And, I mean, come on, Steve totally has golden retriever energy. Just the facts.
