The porcelain plate clattered a little too hard when Rin set it down. He didn’t mean to, really, but he couldn’t help it. He watched Shidou’s stupid smug grin, Isagi’s stupid smile, and everyone else’s woahs of admiration at what they just heard. He gripped the edge of his seat tighter, glaring down at his plate.
Here he was, actually looking forward to eating his ochazuke today, and now, with just a few words from Ego, his day was completely and utterly ruined.

Summary

The sound was nauseating. The obnoxiously bright lights of the floor were ailing.
It reeked of alcohol.Every puff I took just further aided the stench but I felt myself succumbing to the soothing pleasure of the cigarette.
I glanced at the bright red No Smoking sign propped against the door. What was the point, if no one bothered to listen anyway?
I thought this would a ‘normal’ university mixer.But it’s become more apparent that everything is different in Munich.
