Summary

Summary
Dazai stood there, beside the bed, watching Chuuya.
“He’ll be fine on his own.”
He convinced himself of this and turned to leave, but just as he moved, he felt something tighten around his wrist.
He froze.
He looked down and saw Chuuya’s hand gripping him with a weak but steady hold, his fingers clutching at the fabric of his sleeve as if afraid to let go.
Dazai didn’t move.
No words were needed.
“Stay.”
The request was there, in that gesture. So simple, yet so complicated.
Or: As usual, Dazai picks up Chuuya from a bar the night before a mission involving corruption, ensuring he gets home and rests for the task ahead but this time, for the first time, he stays after the mission is over, forced to face feelings he has always run from.

Summary
It starts when the Armed Detective Agency decides to adopt a cat. A cute little ginger cat. Whiskers, pink nose, the whole nine yards. But when it's time for Dazai to meet said cat, it turns out that it isn't exactly a cat-- it's his old partner, Chuuya Nakahara, and now everyone has a lot of questions.
Unfortunately for them, Chuuya has no answers, except for a vague memory of trying to track down a rogue smuggling organisation. He remembers following someone down a dark alley, but not much after that, and then he woke up with paws and a tail. Well, everyone gets unlucky sometimes.
So now, Chuuya has to go and kill the guy who did this to him. Otherwise, he'll have to spend his whole life as a cute little cat. But that begs the question-- if Chuuya can't go anywhere without Dazai around to keep him human, how is he going to track them down?
Well, they'll do it together. Hopefully this won't dig up any long-buried romantic feelings!
. . . oh, and what do we do about the beds?
Just a cute little fic I wrote to make myself feel better and dig myself out of a slump. The plot is silly and goofy, but I ended up really liking it! I hope if you decide to read it, you'll like it too! ^^

It was like an indicator of how much of a terrible person you were. If your wings were white, you were a good person. If they were black, you were bad.
Chuuya Nakahara was born with black wings, as if his very existence itself was a sin.

Dazai always hated a certain redhead named Tsuyuu. After being left broken and used, the man suddenly disappears. Dazai then swore to find that man and kill him in the most painful way imaginable. Right now, after years of searching for the traitor, he sees the man once again and he’s itching to kill the person so much— little did he know that it wasn't the same person he hated at all. The redhead is Chuuya, Tsuyuu's twin brother.
