Summary
Three years have passed since Kurusu Akira last acted as a Phantom Thief. Three years since he's seen Akechi Goro.
Then Akira receives a letter from a mysterious underground group known as the Shadow Operatives. Akira's not sure whether he can trust this group that claims to know about Personas and the Cognitive Realm, but he's never been a cautious one, and his curiosity gets the better of him. What he finds there is something he never could have anticipated. Not like this.

Summary
♠ - It's always hard to tell if Akechi is doing his normal prickly thing or if he's mad about something specific. It's a good thing Akira finds it interesting (and kind of funny).
♤ - Akira took the time to see every single one of them. And in their homes no less. What the hell are they doing in there? Goro kept tabs on these people for months and they've never brought him home with them. All of them, in one week? One has to wonder if there isn't something salacious about all of this.

Summary
[Amamiya Ren x Akechi Goro]

Ren proposes that he gives Goro a memorable last day before they take on Maruki's Palace and confront him. What he doesn't expect, however, is for this to lead the both of them to Goro's apartment, tangled in his bedsheets, after he'd not-so-subtly asked Ren to sleep with him in hopes to find some closure before the current actualized 'reality' ended.
Moreover, they finally address the tension when it comes to their... previously unresolved romantic feelings towards one another, which goes on to cause a bit of emotional turmoil. Which is mostly resolved.
But in the end, one thing stands true.
Goro Akechi had to leave for good tomorrow.
And so, Ren tries his best not to leave any regrets between the two of them.

"Can you even give proof of what you're claiming?"
Amamiya Ren looked at Akechi and shook his head.
“I wasn’t even close to his home, I don’t even know where he lives. I know that this isn't proof for you, but…” - Amamiya sighed - “Let me get something straight, I don’t harm humans. I am not interested in harming anyone.”
Akechi gritted his teeth, within a few seconds he grabbed the demon by his collar, shoving him right up the wall, out of sight of the entrance door.
"You demanded my soul right before you wanted a human sacrifice as an option. How is that not harming humans? Don't lie to my face, Amamiya."
His voice was quiet but just as threatening, talking through his gritted teeth.*
Tokyo 2018. A demon named Amamiya Ren. A detective not believing in any supernatural happenings and a connection that seemingly stemmed way deeper than just space and time. Akechi Goro experiences memories that supposedly aren't his. There was something once. Will it be again? Will it be... Better?
