“Um… yes,” Namjoon answers warily.
“Hyung,” Taehyung hisses, attempting to school his expression when Namjoon glances over at him curiously. Seokjin, of course, ignores him.
“And my brother here is also single, and just so happens to be in need of a date for this dinner he’s supposed to attend tonight. So what do you say you do us both a favor and go with him?”

It’s twenty minutes before Taehyung has to leave for his work’s stupid Valentine’s Day dinner that his date cancels on him, leaving him single, desperate, and hoping for a miracle.
Coincidentally, his brother’s best friend Namjoon shows up on his doorstep just a moment later, more than willing to pretend to be Taehyung’s boyfriend for the night.
