note: this started as a ridiculous fic I wrote as a joke one year for NaNoWriMo. I found it years later and it made me laugh, so I wrote more. And now I figure, what the hell, why not share it on here? Maybe someone else will have a giggle about it with me.
This is a Modern AU of Thedas – the ancient world was a bit different, outlined in fic over time.
With almost no magic, and no spirits/demons and no blight in this world, it developed to our level of tech. This is absolutely hand-wavey, I give no explanation. Nor will I ever explain why yoga and sushi exist, when its Thedas aka I Can’t Believe It’s Not Europe (with dragons). Lots of things exist in this world that shouldn’t. But also, tea is canon, so whatevs.Series
