Summary
Jayce is sitting in the dirt and soot of the basement. He leans his head against the cold stone floors, breathing heavily, gnashing his teeth with pain, trying to focus on something - anything, but the pain was unbearable. The man grinds the palms of his hands into the pavement, feeling pebbles bite his skin, but compared to the agony in his leg, it is barely a feather’s touch.

The Blitz (WWII) au where Jayce is a carpenter and Viktor is a student, and they both end up trapped in a basement together. -

Summary
Steve Harrington is the king of high school. But ever since this new guy, Billy Hargrove has come to Hawkins, he's starting to grow less and less sure of that. Slowly but surely, Billy overtakes Steve's seat of power, and cuts off Steve from his friends, and even the kids he babysits on occasion. After a while, it seems Billy is getting bored of just letting Steve sit in the corner of the cafeteria, and starts to get more... violent, per se. After one particular incident, Steve realizes he may truly be in danger being near this man, and takes off to the woods, and reaches the clearing that he recognizes that this is the place where 'The Freak' sells his drugs. In a rush to find somewhere to hide, as Billy is catching up, he remembers that Max lives in the nearby trailer park, and so does that guy. 'Trailer Park Trash' 'Creep' 'F*****' 'Murderer.' With no other choice, Steve knocks on Eddie's door.

Steve Harrington is being manipulated by Billy Hargrove, and after being severly hurt, ends up at Eddie's doorstep, begging for refuge, and luckily is let in there; but Eddie isn't all to happy to see supposed 'The King of High School' bleeding out on his couch.

“Come on,” was all Jayce said. “I’m taking you home.”
Viktor shook his head, eyes widening slightly. After a moment of trying to organize his racing thoughts, he looked down and said,
“I am not sure being alone would be the most responsible thing for me at the moment.”
“Alright, well… No problem, then.”
The other man looked up, confused. It still sounded very much like a problem. The sentiment must have been clear on his face because Jayce quickly explained.
“Viktor, I am officially inviting myself to sleep over.”If Viktor had ever imagined getting Jayce into his bed, it would not have been like this.

In the cacophony of spindly webs and disembodied voices, Steve sank into the void, feeling the cold shiver in his bones and the blackness envelope his soul. He was at peace, deciding that was the last time he'd be stuck in that torturous, mind-boggling loop.
This was the last time.
Steve woke up. His eyes darted open, his breath snatching in his lungs and crushing his ribcage. Bolting upwards, he tried to see his surroundings but found only confusion and a blurred mirage. And once the panic had settled in his body, his eyes now focusing on the room, it was followed by more confusion.
Steve found himself in his bedroom for the first time in months.

“That’s not true at all.” Aziraphale replies after a long hurt moment. “And you know it. Besides, you’re being stubborn. You’ll help me eventually.”
Rage flashes over Crowley’s face. “You think so, do you?”
Aziraphale juts his chin up stubbornly, ignoring the unpleasant feelings Crowley’s expression stirs in him. “Yes.”Aziraphale needs Crowley's help in saving humanity from the Second Coming and despite what happened between them he's determined to get it. After all, it's not only that he needs Crowley, but his plan also includes their car.
As for the other matters between the two of them... well there's no reason those can't be sorted out along the way as well, is there?
Or, a possible take on Series 3 that includes the Bentley, a resurrected Jesus Christ set on bringing about the End of Days, and an angel and a demon who are stupidly in love with each other but are both suffering from a lack of experience on how to actually deal with said emotions.
