Summary
Adrien Victus saw his people through the war, but with the fall of the Reapers brings new challenges. He's a man mourning all that he's lost, as well as wanting to help his young friend cope with the loss of Commander Shepard. He's a General that wants to restore his people to what they were. Now, he's also a Primarch, expected to participate in the lucrative dance that is politics. This is a story of his struggle to discover who he is at the end of the day and what he'll become after all is said and done.

Summary
Five years after the Inquisition’s disbandment, a disillusioned Dorian takes a leave of absence from the Magisterium and journeys south to visit Cullen, where the fully recovered once-commander runs a rehab program for templars out of his manor house in the Bannorn. Dorian, wounded grievously in both body and spirit by The Iron Bull's final betrayal, is still struggling with his losses and the man they've made him. Seeing his old friend awakens memories, both good and bad, which he'd thought long buried. As the two reconnect, spending time together on the farm with Cullen’s many dogs, they begin to realize they may have more to offer one another than simply reminiscing about a shared past.

Summary
Cullen is a construction worker newly diagnosed with cancer. He befriends Dorian at a meditation group shortly after, and the two hit it off. Mostly a quiet, steady romance with a lot of hurt/comfort mixed in.
“Ah, yes, I complained bitterly of the cold to you. No wonder you remember me.”
It was rainy that night, and icy. The wet got into your bones, a hard sensation to recall in the midst of a hot summer. “You were also wearing a comically large scarf,” Cullen says.
