If there was one secret Hawks always kept to himself, it was that he liked to write his own songs and sing. He couldn't bear it if someone found out and told the Commission, and they found some way of profiting of it and taking this final piece of himself and making that their own too, so he never let a single soul hear him sing.
At least until Dabi entered his apartment one night without warning.

Summary
The sad fact is that most Dixingren don't like Zhao Yunlan, or the SID, all that much. When they turn up it's usually because something bad has happened, and sometimes it's because a Dixingren has done something, and maybe it's not part of the job to suspect all Dixingren around, but sometimes it definitely feels like it is.
He knows that Dragon City University has a dragon for a professor. The University makes sure everyone knows, it's a point of pride and all. Zhao Yunlan just really didn't expect to meet him like this.
