Chenle tenses. “Do what? Kiss Jisung?” He rubs his now sweaty palms against his pants, nervous. He didn’t expect a tipsy kiss with his best friend to lead to such intense interrogation. “I—I mean, I don't know.”
“Right,” Renjun says.

“You really don’t have to cook for me, Chenle.”
Chenle’s stomach flips hearing his name roll off of Jisung’s tongue with such familiarity, though he doesn’t understand why.
He clears his throat. “I want to,” he insists. “I threw a trash bag at you, so… Let me make you dinner and we’ll call it even.”
or: Chenle runs into a pitiful looking Jisung outside his restaurant on a rainy night and offers to cook dinner for him. It doesn't take much for Jisung to start occupying every corner of his mind following the encounter.

Summary
Chenle and Jisung have a unique love-language that involves Jisung consistently running after Chenle. A playful routine that is implemented in their relationships may be odd to some. But, it allows for moments of expression as Jisung is able to treasure the association of running with Chenle - knowing that once he starts his journey of running it will always lead to Chenle.

Summary
With the amount of buttons Jisung presses Chenle's patience will always remain untouched regardless of the contradicting words that exit his mouth. Their personalities fit together like two conflicting puzzle pieces that shouldn't be anywhere near another but oddly fit in the end. Chenle verbally "dislikes" his boyfriend's way of love, Jisung ultimately knows his way of reaction is far from the truth.
( in other words: jisung loves teasing his boyfriend, chenle seems to hate it. obviously, he doesn't. )

“Look,” Chenle says, “I don’t mind helping you, Ji. But… If we—keep doing this, there has to be a rule.”
Jisung freezes, halfway through adjusting the hem of his t-shirt. “A rule?”
“Yeah,” Chenle stares down at Jisung’s bedsheets, picking at one of the loose threads of his comforter. “Just one.”
Chenle agrees to help Jisung with his predicament under one condition: Jisung isn't allowed to touch him.
