Stephen's already explained that there was no way to bring someone back to life with them. Bringing back half the universe was easy, as they hadn't been dead, merely... hidden away for a while.

Summary
When everyone found out that Izuku was quirkless, Katsuki was furious… at first. The two fell out, yeah, but it only lasted a few months.
When Katsuki saw some of those extras that followed him attacking Deku, HIS Deku, he snapped. His body moved on its own, and he found himself punching, screaming, and blasting them until they ran off. Izuku looked up with tears streaming down his face, shocked.
Katsuki placed a hand on his knee as he bent down to help Izuku up. “Don’t listen to a word they say, Deku. You’re still gonna be a hero. I’ll make sure of it.” Katsuki pulled the smaller boy up before lightly punching his arm. “Not as good as me, obviously. You can settle for number two.”
Izuku giggled wetly and hesitantly countered, “We’ll see, Kachan. If you’re helping me, then I’ll surpass even you someday!”
Katsuki scoffed and led the way back to his house. “Yeah, I’d like to see you try!”
Standard quirkless Deku fic, but he and Katsuki stayed friends, and are now at the cusp of their hero careers at UA- Language:

Summary
Izuku Midoriya used to want to be a hero. It seems a distant dream, now, after everything that he's done—after everything that he's been made to do. But it's still there. It's a dim, flickering flame, burning lower by the day.
He doesn't have time to concern himself with that though, these days he's too focused on staying alive to think too much about what he can never have.
Then All Might takes a job teaching at UA, and the universe says hey you know what would be fun? What if we fucked Izuku over even more than we already have? and thus, Izuku ends up in the General Education class of UA with strict instructions to report everything he can, because, thank fucking no one, he just can't catch a goddamn break.
AKA Hisashi Midoriya is a member of one of the most notorious underground supervillain organizations, and Izuku is being forced to help them (even though, trust him, he'd really rather not). Too bad that they don't predict that Izuku's going to get adopted by half the faculty when they send him to spy on the prestigious hero academy.
