Corvus Corax meets Lorgar...and does not kill him. He just cannot make himself kill a brother.
Which leads to befriending said brother. Which leads to romance.
Which in turn starts to fix at least some of the grimdarkness around.If you are more interested in the plot, just read chapter 1, skip right to 5 and then it keeps going steady.

Summary
Skirmishes on the Konoha/Iwa border are becoming commonplace but the Hokage, Tsunade Senju, ensures it isn't Konoha overstepping. The Mizukage, Mei Terumi, has to be sure.
