Corvus Corax meets Lorgar...and does not kill him. He just cannot make himself kill a brother.
Which leads to befriending said brother. Which leads to romance.
Which in turn starts to fix at least some of the grimdarkness around.If you are more interested in the plot, just read chapter 1, skip right to 5 and then it keeps going steady.
Chapters 2-4 are mostly snippets anyway, though they provide insight in Corax's headspace. -

Summary
This is my fix-it, prevent the heresy with pussy AU. Some quick points
- All primarchs will be getting a wife, Alpharius and Omegan will share theirs. Some will be sharing their wives with their first captains
- Once they're together, Emps gives them a 'wedding gift' that turns the wifey into a pseudo-perpetual, binding her soul to her hubby's. As long as he lives, she will as well, so any accidents or assinations happen, she'll come back. Once he kicks it, she'll simply be mortal again and can live out her days.
- However!! She is not forced to stay by his side, even with the Emperor's gift. She can leave him for however long she wants or get a divorce and she'll still be perpetual.
- I'm only planning a few at a time in 'batches' so to speak to not entirely overwhelm myself. Generally, I have a good idea of who's to be written next but not far beyond that.
- Everyone gets a good and bad (or canon compliant) epilogue! Yes, all of them.
