Summary
Rumi has been cast as the lead in their college theatre production of EPIC: the musical. Only problem is, her Penelope can't sing. When she hears the costume head (who also happens to be her crush) Mira singing beautifully when she's alone, she knows exactly what needs to happen. She's just not sure how to do that...
Will poetic pining and moments alone be enough for Rumi to convince Mira of her talents beyond the world of fabric and sewing? Or will the whole play submit to blunder after blunder right when her mothers are supposed to come see her live?

What if Miyeong lived, but was a deadbeat mom with horrendous ppd?
Miyeong intends to have a one night stand, finds herself with an unwanted pregnancy and denies denied denies until it's too late. When she sees Rumi's patterns, she shuts down, but both Miyeong and Thirdlight find that they are too squeamish to kill a baby themselves, and ask Celine to deal with it.
Celine interprets all this as "throw my reputation on this grenade and claim the baby is mine, then quietly raise the baby on my own". Much to Celine's regret, the honmoon still chooses Rumi, and she has to go get trained by the Sunlight Sisters Duo. Knowing (more or less) the score, Rumi is not delighted by the duo's treatment of her Real Mother (Celine).

“Once or twice, but that’s what friends do,” Haeji explained gently. “Why, the number of times that I kept it a secret that I was going out to demon hunt on my own was at least 100. When Ha-yun and Neji found out they were angry with me, sure, but they understood that I needed space.”
Celine looked away for a moment.
“Is it…is it bad that I’m mad at them? I mean, sure, I don’t like drinking or alcohol or any of that stuff, but… I would’ still go if invited.”
“Not at all, little sprout. As I said, secrets are normal, and you three will never be able to function if you are constantly at each other's throats demandin to know each other's secrets.” Haeji said softly, watching Celine’s eyes carefully. “You don’t like being alone, do you?”
Celine shook her head.
“I don’t like secrets. Especially the sort that change lives,” she mumbled, her waking up one morning to her siblings packing their stuff while her mother smoked a pack of cigarettes still burned in the back of her mind and ached like an ever-healing wound. “I thought we were supposed ot trust each other.”
