“My mom and I were at a county fair one year and there was a woman… she had one of those balls in the middle of a table and I saw her flick the switch that made the light in the ball come on. I wasn’t supposed to see her do that.”

After writing a story that exposes a scandal and ruins lives in the process, Jon Snow, star reporter, is demoted to writing obituaries for the next year. Stuck at the "dead desk", Jon is desperate to write a story that will put him back on the front page.
Sansa Stark is more than happy being the paper's only Fashion & Lifestyle reporter, but she feels bad for her friend, Jon. He's the best reporter at the paper and everyone knows it. She knows he needs to be writing something more.
Working in a newsroom is always stressful, but it helps a person to have a friend at their side. It can make the work seem like fun. And maybe something else can grow along the way.
