Jon winced and adjusted the phone against his shoulder, looking over the invitation letter again as his eyes darted from the finances on the computer screen in front of him to the letter and back again. “And what would you say if he wasn’t the UK’s Eurovision candidate.”

They’d done it before, so Lambert just went along with it and let Coen take the lead. Except now they were standing at the base of the mountain pass leading to Kaer Morhen and Lambert was finally realizing what was going to happen.
He’d spent decades away from this place. He’d hidden his medallion so no witchers even knew he was a wolf. And now every last one of them was going to be there on the day that he finally returned to the home where he was made. It wasn’t going to be a pretty sight.
