“Maybe it's just Grace,” Marks suggests, “She's always misplacing her keys.” He chuckles.
But when he opens the door Mark is met with Detective Shapiro flanked by Officer Bailey. “Are Mark and Karen Chasity?”
“Yes, that's us,” Mark answers. Karen appears at his side and holds onto her arm, her brow furrowed with confusion and a hint of concern. “What seems to be the problem?”
Shapiro and Bailey share a look, “We need you to come down to the Old Waylon Place. There's been an accident.”
“Well I hope it's not termites,” Mark chuckles in an attempt to lighten the mood. The officers aren't amused. His smile fades and Karen’s hold on his arm tightens “We'll tail you I guess?”

Summary
They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.

In her eighteen years of life, she has broken her arm on three separate occasions. The first time was when she was five years old. The second time, she was eleven. The third time is yet to happen. Soon, her right wrist will snap, in the same place as twice before. A very unlucky and unlikely thing to happen. But it will happen.
