Summary
Having been Batman for four years, Dick Grayson still hasn't gotten used to the heaviness of the cowl.
Now, investigating a mass disappearance case that happened a few days ago in a late-night diner, Dick meets a young street rat who's had friends tangled up in the same web.
Jason Todd has all the traits Dick saw in himself when he first started—curious, shrewd, agile, and, most importantly, wanting to do good. Despite Dick's initial rejection of the boy, he starts to think that a long-term partnership isn't a bad idea. Perhaps four years have been long enough time for the current stasis.
Perhaps, he thinks, it's time for his own Robin.

"In chapter 347, Luo Binghe has to recover the lost pelt of a Selkie-meimei who had it stolen by a poacher. He brought it to her and she transformed and brought him to that underwater cave with the glowing seashells, where he found those mermaid sisters—”
“If seal spirits happen to also need their pelts to transform,” Shang Qinghua sniffs, “Then that’s simply a coincidence.”
Shen Qingqiu throws a pillow at him.
Shang Qinghua is a selkie, and Mobei-Jun won't stop taking naps on his pelt.
