Summary
Two versions of the same story, in which Fingon decides to fight every single one of the sons of Feanor on the night before his coronation to shut their mouths and force them to accept him as King. First there is the prose version I originally wrote, and second a stageplay adaption I wrote in a mad trance a year and a half later.

Still, no one said anything, so introductions were clearly up to Tyelpe. “Celebrimbor,” he said, “Tyelperinquar Curufinwe, if you need it to be that way. I’m exactly who you think I am. I’m s—”
“Yes,” the man interrupted, loud and abrupt. “Yes, I know who you are.”
“Most… do,” Tyelpe responded uncomfortably. (Aredhel sighed softly.)
“That’s good,” said the man. "The thing you're making, that is. It looks good. But I can't tell what it is."
“Uh,” said Tyelpe, who under no circumstances was willing to discuss the thing he was making.
“‘Good to meet you’,” Aredhel prompted, sounding exhausted. “‘And my name is…’”
“Oh!” said the man, and flushed from pink to red. “Oh. I am. Good to meet you. Sorry.”
“It’s—”
“And I’m Lomion,” he said. “Maeglin Lomion. I’m exactly who you think I am too.”
((Part three and part last of the Osse/Celebrimbor saga. In which the past repeats, and resolves.))

Summary
There comes a day in every man's life when he has to look at the circumstances of his existence and decide whether he wants to keep fighting.
For Ed, that day comes when the frost giants attack Bryn Shander.
"We are getting the fuck out of Ten Towns," he tells Holga.
When frost giants attack the city of Bryn Shander in 1491, Ed and Holga make the decision to take Kira and make the perilous journey south to Mornbryn's Shield, where they hope to start a new life away from the unpredictable Ten Towns and the memory of Edgin's wife. Along the way they meet a paladin of Ilmater who agrees to escort them as far as Mirabar, setting off a chain of events that will have Ed questioning his beliefs, evaluating his relationship with his daughter, and perhaps even let him heal enough to finally find happiness again.

Summary
“The Maedhros who stands before his son is not one thing but many. He is a struck-down statue. He is a fading demon. He is a sword in a nuclear war. He is historical debris. He is the sum of a nation’s ruin. He is the first sunset of the Empire’s apocalypse. He is Elrond’s beloved Baba, who would find him under every starless sky. Archives will dissect him. Historians will redeem him. Writers will swallow him whole.”
In 1937, notorious Indian revolutionary Maedhros Fëanorian and his brother Maglor, take in a British colonial officer's twin sons and raise them to adulthood. Decades later, Elrond Peredhel, trying to leave a family tragedy behind in England, returns to India during a time of political turbulence and finds that everything, from the national landscape to his firebrand father, the ineffable Comrade Maedhros, has changed. Chapter 19: Epilogue, Afterword and 'Alternate' Ending.

Summary
“I hardly believed it,” said Maedhros. “What are you doing here?”
"I bring a message from my father."
Maedhros blinked. "Really?"
Fingon grinned. "I believe his exact words were: you're visiting who, well if you must you must, say something suitable, something something friendship something something kinsmen, tell him good job keeping my brother's sons out of trouble, I'd rather wrestle another ice bear myself – but don't say it like that!"
_Fingon goes to visit Maedhros, accidentally arrives during a Fëanorion family reunion, and quickly regrets many (but not all) of his life choices.
