Summary
In the desert kingdom of Ashuron, Kyoko Mogami, an aspiring physician, has put herself in quite a predicament. She has managed to anger the first prince, Kuon Hizuri, who won't forgive her unless she becomes the newest member of his harem. Kyoko will have to adjust quickly in order to survive in this new world of nobles and jealous concubines.
The past resurfaces to haunt both Kyoko and Kuon as they struggle to overcome their weaknesses, eventually finding strength in each other's company. But will it be enough to overcome the darkness that lurks beneath the surface, seeping its evil within the walls?
