When Sejanus’s brain finally catches up with the proceedings, he can’t help but flat out panic, pulling out from underneath Coriolanus and sliding to the far edge of the bed, pulling his knees up to his chin. Coryo makes a sound of protest and then confusion, face smacking the mattress before he pushes himself up to frown at Sejanus.
“What the fuck?” he asks softly. Sejanus buries his face between his knees, an awful terrified feeling welling up in his chest.
“I’m sorry,” he whispers.Coryo doesn't seem to have a problem learning that Sejanus is trans. In fact, he might be too into it.

After one too many drinks at Girls’ Night, JJ and Emily have a sleepover—totally platonic, obviously. Because best friends cuddle. And steal each other’s clothes. And stay tangled together in bed for as long as possible. Nothing to see here.
One sleepover turns into two. Then three. Then a habit neither of them questions. Because best friends do this, right? They fall asleep wrapped around each other after long cases. They take care of each other when things get too heavy. And of course, they pretend it doesn’t mean anything.
Emily is pining. JJ is oblivious, doing everything except processing her feelings. And the rest of the team? They’re placing bets.
