His hand twitches. His voice drips with raw, vitriolic hatred as he murmurs, so low it is barely heard over the static emitting from every part of him:

Summary
An adult, he was right, but he’s never seen the man around school before. There isn’t a specific way the adults at his school dress, but the man’s clothes just… stick out, in a way that would make Morty stare if he saw him in public.
What sticks out even more is the mans long blue hair. Morty’s never seen someone with colorful hair in person; on TV, yes, but not often, since Dad thinks that kind of thing is a bad influence on Morty and Sissy. He’ll change the channel or turn off the movie if he sees it.
“Well, i-if you’re sure, then I’ll believe you,” The man says. He pushes some shrubbery back so he can sit next to Morty, kicking his legs out straight and putting a fast food bag between them. “So, y-you hungry?

“Jeez, okay!” Morty bites down a laugh, pushing Rick away by the chest. “Get out of my face, y-you’re gross.”
“That hurts, Morty,” Rick drones, leaning forward once more to spread the jelly along the ends of the wound. He doesn’t get as close, though, so Morty doesn’t push him back. “I-I’m hurt, I’m wounded. You think-- you think Grandpa’s gross?”
“Yeah.”
“Fuck you,” Rick pinches Morty’s wounded side, which makes him hiss through his teeth. “F-fuck you, a-a-and fuck your stupid injuries.”
“I only have the one,” Morty says, curious and corrective all at once.
