Before handing it over, King Maelor crouched slightly, close enough that the omega flinched almost imperceptibly. “Look at me,” he commanded in Velaryn.
The boy obeyed slowly, lifting his gaze until warm amber eyes met the king’s. They were striking, but dulled, their light smothered into something quiet and resigned.
King Maelor’s mouth curved faintly. “Be good.”
Only then did he drop the key into Chan’s palm with a soft clink of metal, straightened, and stepped aside. “I hope you enjoy him, King Chan.”

Summary
Hunting down people who hurt omegas isn't an easy job. It requires a lot of hours, many sleepless nights, and having to learn to live with the horrors they see in the process. The end result is worth it though, trafficking rings being taken out before they can cause more harm and omegas being freed to hopefully start living their lives once they're able to deal with the trauma.
Despite the long hours and trauma, however, Bang Chan and his pack wouldn't trade it for anything. Occasionally working with Hongjoong and his boys, it's what he's meant to do. He just didn't expect to find his seventh and final mate during one of those rescues.
(OR Felix has suffered so much, but he's finally found his pack.)

THIS IS A MATURE/EXPLICIT STORY.
When Seungmin saves a kid named Felix, his entire life is flipped upside down. From meeting a mafia boss and Felix's bodyguard to meeting an informant and nearly getting killed, Seungmin doesn't know how to handle it.
Everything in his life goes from order and routine to chaos and unexpected things happening. His normal days are turned around, constantly returning Felix to Minho, Felix's older brother and the mafia boss. It's slightly annoying but he doesn't want the kid to get hurt.
Little did he know that Felix liked him so much that he asked his big brother if they could keep him. Seungmin's normal life is taken from him in an instant.
A child's wish was Seungmin's downfall.
