Summary
This is the story of Harleen Quinzel, and her very public fall from grace.
Harleen's not a woman of many morals, but she tries, and that should count for something, right? She lives a life of monotony at Arkham Asylum and as much as it kills her inside, it's good for her. She knows this. She keeps her head down, gets the promotions, and tries to hide the growing dread inside that her life feels meaningless.
That is until she takes the Joker on as a patient. She lets her darkest desires rule her, and turns her back on the life she used to know. She's throwing it all away for a chance to live at least once before she dies.
There's only one question. Is it the end for her, or the beginning?
