Summary
Zoro’s hand splayed out across his back, the fingers digging in just a little deeper. He could feel the heat of Zoro’s body, telling him the man had stepped closer to him even if he wasn’t quite touching him. A shiver went down his spine as he felt Zoro’s hot breath brush against his ear.
“Just a couple of hours, Cook. You survive this dinner and then we can go back to your room and I’ll have you all to myself. I’ll make you forget whatever bullshit they put in your head this time.”
Or, Sanji's family delight in tearing him apart but Zoro makes it his mission to put him back together.

Summary
“It can’t be too bad,” Sanji calls out and both Robin and Luffy snap to look at him at the same time, their combined attention enough to make Sanji lean back against the weight of them. “The shitty swordsman has only ever cared about one thing and that’s his stupid dream to be the Greatest Swordsman.”
Neither of them respond, making Sanji uneasy, like he’s missing something. Robin looks a little all too knowing as she eyes Sanji before she turns to Oneiros with another question.
“These dreams… they can be anything?”
Oneiros’s eyes flicker to Sanji briefly, their endlessness like a vacuum, before he nods at Robin. “Their imagination is the limit.”
Or, when a devil fruit user sends Zoro to a dreamscape of his own design, it's up to Sanji to get him out.

Summary
“Hey!” Sanji says again. The man he's calling for doesn't turn around, only hunches his shoulders and speeds up as he marches for the door, and then Sanji says, “Fucking– hey, righteous fury!”
The man goes stiff, head snapping up and shoulders jerking back, then whips around. “I don't know who the fuck you're…”
He stares at Sanji for a moment, brows furrowed. He's wearing sunglasses and a face mask, but Zeff can still see the way his jaw drops when he finally gets a good look at Sanji, who's grinning like a madman. “Holy– farsickness?”

“You’re not—” He pauses for a moment. “You’re not looking at me. Zoro. Can you…”
Oh. Shit.
“I can’t see.” Now that he’s noticed, it’s very obvious.

Summary
Waking from a dream so suddenly and unexpectedly is like slipping between the cracks of reality: everything is the same but foreign; everything is like you remember it but different, like everything was moved just an inch and a half to the left while you slept.
Each Strawhat brings out a different side of Sanji, and Zoro sees the cook a little differently each time.

Summary
After Wano, Sanji dreams the knife in his back belongs to the version of him that Mother didn’t save. Black hair leaves one black eye uncovered and Sanji can’t even feel it when the other Sanji pushes the knife deeper, glancing across his kidney, severing arteries as it goes. It’s serrated, something made for killing and maiming. Sanji thinks he’d never own something like that, so this must be a dream. He can’t feel the knife so this must be a dream.
Only when he wakes up, profusely out of breath and somehow on the floor of the cabin, and threads his fingers through the hair that hangs limply in front of his face, he can’t feel that anymore either.
Sanji discovers the Raid Suit takes more than just your empathy.

Summary
Sanji never expected Zoro to be someone who got bothered by the cold. It wasn't something that fit the swordsman, especially given that the swordsman had apparently jumped into a freezing river on Drum Island without even a shirt on for "training." It seemed weird that something like a little chilly weather would get Zoro to climb into Sanji's hammock.
Or:
Sanji runs hot and Zoro is inexplicably drawn to it.

Summary
“Oi!”
He hears Sanji jog to catch up to him, and feels the hairs on the back of his neck stand up, sensing danger.
Sanji kicks his heel, falling into step with him. “I’m talking to you, asshole.”
Zoro grunts, looking forward and walking ahead. “Don’t bother.”
Next to him, Sanji lets out an incredulous laugh. “Is this how it’s going to be now? You can’t even look at me?”
Zoro can look at Sanji. Hell, sometimes, it’s all that he can do. Just looking into Sanji’s perfect crystal dome, but never daring to get close in case his fingertips smudge the glass. Looking at Sanji is not an issue, it just hurts more than Zoro is willing to deal with yet.

Summary
Sora couldn’t do much given her weakened constitution, but she still tried her best to give Sanji at least a little taste of the normal Longest Night traditions. Her room would be decorated with paper star lanterns, fragrant evergreen garlands, and sweet oranges studded with pungent clove buds. She would read Sanji the story of how the kindly old goat Gävlebocken came to give presents to children, and then tell him to leave a pair of shoes with her overnight; when he would return the next day, they always held a small toy or bauble. And then there were the treats: warm mugs of hot chocolate, spicy ginger cookies that snapped pleasantly when broken in half, and Sanji’s favorite, lussebullar.
When Sanji was a child, his favorite Longest Night treat was a buttery, sweet, golden bun made with a special kind of saffron. He never thought he'd have them again after leaving the North Blue, until a surprising find at a spice shop and an even more surprising act by Zoro.

Summary
“Cook,” Zoro said, in a voice filled with what could only be described as childish glee, “what does cilantro taste like to you?”
Sanji attempted to scoff, but his discomfort over how utterly thrilled Zoro looked right now made it come out more like a pouty huff. “What the fuck do you think, mosshead?” he asked. “It’s cilantro. It tastes like soap. Or can you not tell that because the algae in your brain has spread to your taste buds?”
In which Sanji is mildly devastated to learn he can’t properly taste cilantro, and Zoro proves surprisingly helpful in the kitchen.

Summary
Zoro stares at the calendar. He's supposed to...what now?
"Are—" The waiter cuts himself off and tries again. "I'm sorry. Do you mean we're having...more than one party?"
Luffy slaps his hands on the counter and shouts, "Twenty-one parties!"
***
The crew has solstice festival hijinks with fireworks, a hot tub, a piñata, a stolen piano, crappy gift exchange, too much food, too much alcohol, and Luffy's wearing a pool floatie. Zoro's just along for the ride.
