When he’d first considered the possibility that Klein might be alive, after realizing how similar to him Sherlock Moriarty would likely look without the beard, it had seemed almost absurd. Leonard had seen Klein’s corpse, he’d helped carry his coffin and lower it into the ground, it had been difficult to really wrap his head around the idea that Klein could be alive.
