“Of course and uh while we eat can you tell me any stories about..Hermy” he said giggling and Herman's grandmother smiled brightly. Of course she could! She even showed him photos after dinner. Herman on the other hand was regretting every second of this. Though when they sat down for dinner, chatting about their day at work and how they had worked together to take down a bunch of bad guys, their feet had accidentally pressed together from where they were seated at the small worn table. Neither of them moved away and Chad was beginning to think he knew what that feeling in his chest might be.

With it being safe to return outside the homeowner’s guests set out to return to their lives. For the first time since the “apocalypse” he finds himself alone and oddly enough the man finds that he no longer enjoys the solitude that he once craved. Eager for something familiar, he decides to open his home to guests again. The homeowner quickly learns to be careful what you wish for when a familiar pale visitor returns, this time as his new roommate.
