Summary
In the aftermath of his failed escape attempt from the harrowing Squid Game, Hwang Jun Ho finds himself trapped in a nightmare. Brutally assaulted and broken, he's discovered by the enigmatic Front Man, who sees potential in the shattered man before him. However, what starts as an attempt to keep Jun Ho close, to safeguard his younger brother, quickly turns into a battle of wills.
Haunted by his trauma and consumed by depression, Jun Ho's only desire is to end his suffering. But the Front Man, with his own complex motives, refuses to let him slip away so easily. As Jun Ho struggles to find a reason to keep fighting, he discovers a shocking truth: the person he's been forced to confront is someone he once knew, adding layers of pain and confusion to his already fractured existence.
Caught in a deadly dance of power and despair, Jun Ho and the Front Man are locked in a struggle neither can afford to lose. With each passing day, the darkness threatens to consume them both, pushing Jun Ho to the brink of self-destruction. But amidst the chaos, a glimmer of hope emerges a fragile connection that may be the key to Jun Ho's survival, if only he can hold on long enough to see it through.
