England let his hand slip from the back of America’s chair and trailed it through his hair, tilting America’s head back just shy of uncomfortable. Then he dipped down to kiss him, lips hot and searching as they slanted against America’s mouth."
America travels to England's Cornish estate for a weekend visit.

Gilbert’s gaze snapped back to the throne. “Where did you get them?”
The King arched a brow. “Does that matter?”
The realisation hit Gilbert like ice water.
“You bought them,” he said hoarsely.
The King did not deny it.
“The Omega Trade is illegal,” Ludwig said, voice tight. “We’ve publicly condemned it.”
“And privately benefited from it,” the King replied. “Do not confuse appearances with truth, my son.”
The words hollowed the room.
Gilbert felt sick. “You’ve been lying.”
“I’ve been ruling,” the King corrected. “And now, I’m securing my succession.”The Omega Trade: an illegal trafficking network that preys on Omegas, abducting or coercing them into a hidden market where bodies are treated as commodities and futures are sold to the highest bidder. Though the crown publicly condemns the Trade, it survives. In a kingdom that claims justice, the greatest danger to Omegas is not the criminals in the shadows, but the hands that rule in the light.
