He doesn't know why he’s suddenly so shaken, he did it, he got inside the plane, he did the surprise, filmed some great content and everything was fine. He survived, he didn't crash, he’s got all of his arms and legs still attached, everything is okay and it has been the whole time.
So why was he feeling like he couldn't breathe?

After filming his stunt plane surprise for the tour, Matt realises he's going to have a panic attack whilst sitting at the airport. He knows that needs someone else to help pull him out of this and fast, he's beyond the point of being able to deal with this himself.And so he calls Nick

Summary
If there's one thing about Chris, it's that he hates wedding season.
He's unable to handle the way his suit scratches at him any longer as his frantic hands move between pulling desperately at his hair and pulling at his tie harshly, though with the way his hands are shaking, he only tightens it further making it impossible to breathe against the dry sobs that are punching themselves painfully out of his chest, “Nick, Matt, please…”

Chris hates wedding season, hates everything about it, it makes him panic with the desperate need to get his suffocating suit off and away from where its burning his skin. Nick and Matt launch into action, trying to calm him down, hating this just as much as him.
Basically entirely inspired by their Jan 2025 vlog and ig post of Chris not wearing his suit in the car.

“Damn, I would hate to be their parents, can you imagine having not one but three fucked up kids?”
Nick can hardly breathe as anger and hurt swarms inside his chest with the unwavering need to step in and do something but he's rooted to the spot, unable to do anything more than simply listen to the cruel and unfair words being said about the people he loves, his heart cracking a little more with every heartless word they say.

When Nick accidentally overhears their new team bad mouthing his brothers behind their backs, he doesn't speak up or defend them like he knows he should leaving him feeling like he's betrayed the two most important people in his life as guilt begins to consume him. -

“I thought I could do it..” is all Matt can grit out with clenched teeth, voice strained with all the emotions he was trying to desperately swallow.
“Do what?” Nick asks gently, not wanting Matt to retreat inside his head again.
It's quiet for a moment as only the sound of Matt’s heavy breathing fills the baited silence.
“Stay..”

Matt and Chris go to a party but Matt battles with the reality of his anxiety. He thought he was better, thought that he could do this, but he can't and hates himself for it. When he gets home he breaks down about how he should be better by now and he's just...not.

Matt had just left.
They never fight, not like this.
Not him and Matt.
He can't focus on what's in front of him as his eyes begin to blur as his mind echoes everything that they'd said so cruelly to each other, every scathing word squeezes his chest a little tighter, threatening to suffocate him completely.
“Well that was impressive, even for you both,” Nick nods seemingly impressed.

After they fight, Matt storms out of the house leaving Chris feeling anxious. They all know that it's Chris's worst nightmare for any of them to fight and go to sleep without making up. Fearing the worst, Chris starts to spiral.
