Summary
Nearly two years after Princess Allura sacrificed her life to save the lives of everyone in the galaxy and all other realities, a wistful Lance spends his days on his farm in Cuba, wishing that he could somehow find a way to be with the love of his life again.
An opportunity surprisingly presents itself when Lance is confronted by Prince Lotor, who against all logic and reason has come back from almost certain death. Lotor reveals to Lance that he has the same ambitions as him and offers an uneasy alliance with the former Red Paladin in his plan to bring Princess Allura back to life.
Prince Lotor has suffered a lot in his journey back to Earth but to him it's all worth it, if it means ultimately getting to reunite with Princess Allura. He desperately misses her and will do anything in his quest to bring her back, no matter the cost.
A post Season Eight attempt at fixing Voltron Legendary Defender, with the end game eventually being Prince Lotor and Princess Allura coming together as a pairing, while also attempting to make more sense of Lance's relationship with Allura in Season Eight and redeem Prince Lotor.
