Summary
Lucifer was staring across the table at Sam. He was not happy with how ragged Sam was running himself while hunting with his brother Dean. His heart twanged when he saw that Sam didn't really have anything to call his own. Lucifer had found that out when Sam had to leave his bag behind and hadn't even batted an eye at the loss of it.
Lucifer wanted to fix that. He wanted to see Sam calm and relaxed but most importantly he didn't want to see Sam worry. And if he got Sam to latch onto an item with emotional value, well, that was a plus. Now he just had to figure out how to get Sam to agree to it, considering the hunter was still convinced every word out of his mouth was a trap or a lie. Perhaps a deal would appeal to Sam?

turns out archangels have a halo. Sam and/or Dean is/are fascinated by it, keep(s) asking to see it, to touch it... Castiel tries to warn him/them about how this would be considered inappropriate touching, but Gabriel doesn't mind. At all, if you see what I mean. ;)
