    Just as surely as he knew his path had changed, he knew that he and this girl had some sort of a bond - he was pulled inexorably to her and she to him. He didn’t know if he would be able to live without her now that he had been inside her head and felt the pangs of loneliness and despair like an exact match to his own.

    “We have to leave now. Follow my lead and try to trust me,” he intones, his baritone voice loud in the relative quiet of the interrogation room. Now if only I could manage to trust myself, he thinks gravely.

    Rey’s interrogation at the hands of Kylo Ren triggered an awakening in the Force, as well as an unwelcome bond that links them across the galaxy and grows stronger every day. An accidental encounter alerts Supreme Leader Snoke to the existence of this bond and he orders his apprentice to capture the girl and bring her to him. Sometimes it's not the big speeches that redeem people, but the actions you inspire them towards. Former PWP, now full scale adventure.

As they stick it out waiting for help, they take refuge in a cave. Under the firelight, they confront their pasts, regrets, and a slowly growing attraction between the two of them.
