Summary
No one really knows how the bonds between Others work. Sometimes emotions can be felt, but the only guaranteed sensation is pain. Ignis makes it his personal goal to learn more about these bonds so he can try to help ease the burdens on his Other, despite not knowing who it is.
Noctis wants to live his life like a normal person, but the daemons he keeps hidden in his heart leave him with a darkness hanging over his head. He dreams of finding his Other, but fears he may not make it that long.

Tony is fleeing from Hydra when he crashes into X3CW, one of the most feared planets in the system. He might get eaten by the planet's inhabitants, but it would still be better than being caught by Hydra with the broken reactor core he'd been sent to retrieve.
Except the planet's inhabitants don't seem to want to eat him. Or hurt him at all. He doesn't really understand what that means and he doesn't really want to ask.

“What’s…his name?” Tony questioned, trying to catch a hint of who else the man spoke of.
“He goes by Winter.” Tony accepted the last piece of bread and swallowed it down dry.
“And is Winter here right now?” Bucky’s mouth pressed in a thin line as something passed across his face. A sort of annoyance and then a shake of his head.
“He is.” This man was clearly insane. Tony needed to just play his cards right, be the friend until he was strong enough to walk and then get the hell out of here.
“How long have you two known each other?” Bucky walked back to the kitchen and the sound of things being put away could be heard. No answer came this time. And when Tony tried again an animalistic growl had his mouth snapping shut.

Tony gets shot and the man who saves his life happens to be a werewolf who keeps calling him their mate.
