And here Sasuke is, three years after Naruto accepted the rank of Sasuke's nightmares, holding a little stick with two pink lines in a trembling hand and choking on his own breath.
The floor sways dangerously, to the point he has to drop to the floor, back against the wall, knees tucked in and head hanging in between his shoulders. Horror churns his stomach, so he's mildly grateful he's already near the toilet bowl in case he vomits.
It's almost like he's watching it from the outside, witnessing himself fall and crack on the tiles of the bathroom floor.
He's pregnant.
He's pregnant and whatever is growing inside him is Naruto's.
He's pregnant and he doesn't want a baby.

Summary
Sasuke could not understand it. He had spent months taking pregnancy test after pregnancy test. All of them had come back negative. Now, collapsed on the bathroom floor of his bedroom, he could not comprehend how he had just given birth to a child. Naruto and Sasuke had a son, and neither of them could quite believe it.
Naruto most of all—who could barely bring himself to even look at the baby.
Five years pass, and Naruto is on the other side of the world, building his career as a professional player in the United States and engaged to Hinata. But an unexpected return to his hometown turns Sasuke and Menma’s lives upside down, especially when the blond decides that he wants to make up for the lost time.
