“You didn’t cut your nails,” Daniel said. He loved Armand’s nails but there were certain parts of his body he didn’t need them to get more closely acquainted with.
“What?” Armand looked at their hands, too. “Oh, yes. Never mind. I’ve already prepared myself for you. Ah, I know just the place.” He turned around and tried to pull Daniel with him, but Daniel stumbled.
“You already…” Daniel trailed off and blinked stupidly. His mind needed a moment to catch up. They’d been having a lot of sex but Armand hadn’t actually let Daniel fuck him since –

Steve can feel Eddie’s eyes on him, staring sidelong, but he doesn’t look up. He’s busy following the shape of their shadows in the dust before they make up ground, swallowing them back up. Over and over.
He watches Eddie’s shadow bump into his before he feels it. Not an accident, then.
“‘Do I wanna make a pitstop?’ Is that seriously your move?” Eddie scoffs, and this time, he doesn’t even have to sway to make Steve’s pace falter.
“I’m running out of moves, dude,” Steve says drily, glancing up as he course-corrects.
Sees his fondness reflected in Eddie’s expression and laughs. They’re in sync.
“It’s a grim day for Hawkins when the local Casanova runs out of pickup lines."
