“Hey Klavier, I need your signature on—” The face staring back at him is not the one he expects to see.
It’s not the first time he’s seen one of Klavier’s friends lingering around his office, his manager frequently dropped by during lunch breaks, but he’d never seen this woman before. She’s gorgeous (like most of Klavier’s friends), with high cheekbones, warm bronze skin, glossy dark hair, and a chic black outfit. Klavier was nowhere to be seen, even though he had a guest, and his workday was set to end in about 10 minutes.
