Stiles’ dad is dead. It’s been 6 months and he hasn’t spoken to anyone. Scott tried with him at first. Then he left. Everyone else is gone, decimated by this town and the misfortune it brings. And Derek, well he’s long gone. Left before things had gotten from bad to worse. Being taken for granted by unruly teens that wouldn’t listen didn’t exactly inspire loyalty from their Alpha. The only time Stiles sees him now is in his dreams.
