   Summary

   The rebels wanted to send a message, and while the arena was the most explicit show of the Capitol's violence, its true cruelty was most evident somewhere else. A place where butterflies flap their wings, creating storms no one could have predicted.

   Instead of the arena, the rebels bomb the zoo enclosure while the tributes are away. It changes everything.
