Summary
Regina George is the best forensic specialist in the country but awful with her emotions. She definitely prefers evidence over people, which is why the arrival of Janis Imi’ike, the new FBI’s forensics team boss, throws her completely off balance. Janis is competent, confident, and very attractive, and the last thing Regina wants is a superior who can read her too well and make her feel things she’s spent years avoiding.
While the team (more like Regina) struggles to adjust to their new boss, a case unfolds that quickly becomes the most dangerous Regina and Janis have ever faced. Regina and Janis are forced to work closely together and all signs point towards someone on their own team. The deeper they dig, the more dangerous it gets… And the harder it gets to keep their feelings at bay.
Regina must decide: does she trust Janis with her life and can she let her walls down or will this case ultimately destroy them?
