Summary
The GIW reformed after the metahuman rights expanded to include ecto-metas. Danny Phantom is under contract with them and has to work as a liaison with the Justice League. He causes a lot of issues here and there but his newest handler seems to be able to not just take his chaotic energy but even surpass it. It doesn’t hurt that Nightwing is built like a GQ model and goes to tying him up the first time he steps out of line.
