A chill settles in the pit of Colum’s stomach that he refuses to consider. But his stillness answers for him, and it’s humiliating.
“Poor us.” Naberius swallows, a nervous little sound. His hand finds its way to the front of Colum’s shirt, just below his stomach, where the heat is. “Oh, comfort me, Eighth,” he breathes out, half-laughing through the drama of it all—yet here he is, melting with real relief when Colum crushes him bodily against the tree with his weight, presses so hard into him he could make him disappear.

Okay, so Ianthe and Mercymorn have sex. But mostly, it's through Mercy's terrifying and hot anatomy powers. It includes a lot of yearning, a lot of contemplating lost or inaccessible loves, and also Mercy majorly fucking/ fucking with Ianthe.
I listed "dubious consent" mostly because Mercymorn and Ianthe are very, very bad at communication.
The Saint of Joy looked at Ianthe with almost comical disinterest, though Ianthe knew (hoped?) that it was part of the show. She really hoped Mercymorn would not make her beg. She wanted to come, but also wasn’t sure how willing she was to humiliate herself more. This was enough. Ianthe half struggled upwards, but then Mercymorn was back on the bed, this time straddling her, knees spread and surrounding Ianthe’s hips. She placed her fingers on Ianthe’s neck, two fingers, like she was taking her pulse. Ianthe was frozen again, thank the Emperor. Ianthe did not want the choice. She did not want to be forced to choose between her dignity or her desire. Now she was stripped of agency, once again at the mercy of the other Lyctor.
