Summary
All the romance movies say it's better to have loved and lost than to never loved at all, but Seishiro is greedy. He wants to love Reo, and never lose him.
Reo has given him so much, yet in the dead of night, he finds himself wanting so much more. More than he's allowed. There's a line between—it's faint and hard to see, and occasionally blurs when Reo touches him—but Seishiro knows it's there. And he shouldn't cross it. Can't risk crossing it, because of all that he could lose.
But it's hard.
Every time he sees him, every time Reo shoots him one of his breathtaking smiles, every time Reo jumps on his back or ruffles his hair, Seishiro wants to leap right over that barrier. Even if it means falling endlessly into the pit below, with no hopes of being rescued. Seishiro doesn't want to be saved. He's perfectly fine in Reo's arms.
Or, Nagi can't sleep because he keeps thinking about Reo. Things escalate from there.

Summary
Reo knows his friends think he jumps from interest to interest, from person to person in the blink of an eye, but why stick with something if you know it’s not for you. Why hook up with someone if you can’t imagine yourself in a relationship with them? What’s the point of dating if you don’t think you’ll marry the person one day? With Nagi, Reo thinks maybe he wouldn’t mind going to sleep and waking up with him for the rest of his life. He wants to find out if he’s right.

Summary
Reo's hand drops from his face, moves to the front of her dress. "Would you like to help me clean up? I'm still messy. From earlier."
Then, she's hiking up the front of her dress so that Nagi can see her underwear. It's the same as before, except there's now a little wet splotch on the front, and the beginnings of something sticky dribbling between her legs.
Then, unbidden, a memory of just this morning—of Reo delicately slicing up a fig, drizzling it with honey. Her fingers squeezed the pulpy-pink flesh of the thing, and fed it to Nagi, pressing the fruit to his lips till he'd opened up, bitten down, and then lapped up the stickyness from Reo's fingers. She'd run her thumb over his lip, swiping a last bead of honey there, and licked it off her own finger. And, oh, Nagi had hardly cared for figs before—but now, he adored them.
And Reo, warm and pulsing and leaking and spread open on her own hand, to Nagi, was much like a fig. This, Nagi thought, was something that could be eaten. And so, Nagi nods.
(or: after the death of his father, seishirou nagi becomes the little brother of a strange girl with questionable intentions but a beautiful smile.)
