He had nearly removed Jay off his friend-list in a fit of rage after the break-up, but he’s happy he’s kept him now. His cursor makes its way over before he could fit in an actual, reasonable thought about texting your ex—does it really matter, though, if it’s for min-maxing a video game?
He sends him a party invite. Jungwon has the sudden itch to do a lap around his apartment, but Jay accepts instantly. Jungwon clicks into his profile; Jay doesn’t adjust his build. It’s a DPS-oriented solo, clearly meant to sweep the event on its own. And boy, it’s definitely strong enough.
And a bit of an insane combination, Jungwon thinks. What is he thinking, putting Tattered Cloak R8 with Distant Adorer S4?

Summary
Park Sunghoon finds himself in sudden contention for the 2025 World Driver's Championship in Formula One in his seventh year at Ferrari. Only he doesn't expect Kim Sunoo, reserve driver for Mercedes amidst Lee Heeseung's sudden hiatus and childhood shadow, to be there, too.
Sim Jaeyun is at war with many things: the constant push and pull of his supposed relationship, the burden of commitment and competition from his professional life, and the fate of a championship constantly slipping away from him. To persevere is to remember what it feels like to worship at the feet of a god, and then to become that god yourself.
Park Jongseong hasn't seen Yang Jungwon in years - not since they became distant after being close friends for years before they made it into single-seaters separately. Since then, they'd been tied to different fates, and have not spoken since. But Jay signs with McLaren, and with that, comes a new level of loyalty he does not expect to have.

Summary
Jungwon moves to pull out the axe and Jay's eyes rake over him. The serenity isn't an affectation. There's a slight tremor in his legs but it must be adrenaline more than anything else. His face is cool, relaxed. There's nothing in his face to indicate he's scared or apprehensive. He looks perfectly in his element.
Not for the first time, Jay gets the sense that he and Jungwon are two worlds apart. What is new is the sense of danger.
Or: Somewhere between Seoul and Busan, Jay and Jungwon find each other.

Summary
In the soft light that surrounds them, Jay can finally take a good look at Jungwon. He's still red-faced and sweating, but what Jay notices first is his glassy eyes and blown pupils. They keep flitting between Jay's eyes and lips.
"What's wrong?" Jay asks, and the way he touches Jungwon's arm in worry must be a mistake, because Jungwon whimpers. "Are you hurt?"Jungwon is desperate. It's Jay he comes to for help.
