A blood oath. It was Sana’s idea, like most things are. She suggested it one night, shyly, lying on Dahyun’s bed, her hair falling over the edge like a black waterfall. Dahyun couldn’t think of anyone she’d rather be bound to forever, and Sana’s arms around her when she agreed, Sana’s laughter against her neck, felt like everything she could ever want. That feeling hasn’t changed.

Goo Yongha, standing in his doorway, looking at him, dressed in a ridiculous faux fur coat and a lumpy scarf that has to be at least three metres long. “Pretty bad. I didn’t sleep.”

Summary
Euijoo has a hopeless habit of forgetting his panties in the bathroom after every shower. His roommate Nicholas is always the unlucky one who finds them and has to return them, usually with complaints, sarcasm, or embarrassing photo evidence. It’s a ridiculous routine they’ve both accepted… until one day the forgotten pair is red lace, far too striking to ignore, and suddenly the joke doesn’t feel the same anymore.

It’s in the weight of the air when they get too close to one another, and the way their manager naturally averts his gaze when Nicholas touches Euijoo, no matter how casual. It’s in the way Euijoo had no good excuse to request a one room for the two of them, but he did it anyway, without asking Nicholas first. It’s in the way Nicholas blossomed when he realized, standing at the check-in counter.

“Look at you,” Jeno says conversationally, like he isn’t pressing the muzzle of a gun into its owner’s mouth. He uses his own gun to trace a line along Jaemin’s jaw almost tenderly. “This is what you really need, isn’t it? This is what you’ve needed since I got a little up close and personal and all you could do was look at me with those fuck-me eyes.”
