Reid didn’t even realize he still had his phone in his hand until it buzzed again. He immediately hit the decline button. Not two seconds later, it buzzed for a fourth time. Still Morgan. He’s not going to stop until I pick up. Goddamnit.
“What?” Reid barked into the phone as he picked up the call. He did not care how annoyed he sounded, in fact he hoped that came across loud and clear.

Some old friends attempt to help Reid process and heal from all that has happened to him in the past three months since his arrest. Takes place directly following 13x01 (Wheels Up).

Morgan and an injured Reid were in the elevator on the third floor of an underground parking garage when the entire building came crashing down around them. As the two men try to keep Reid's injuries at bay while they await rescue, the team helps with the search and rescue efforts up top, unsure whether their friends will be found alive under the rubble.

Morgan saw the panic on Reid’s face. “Weapons down! Weapons down, now!” Morgan commanded as he holstered his own gun and stepped in between the SWAT members and Reid. SWAT reluctantly lowered their guns, but remained on alert.
Morgan approached Reid slowly.“Reid? What’s happening? Talk to me.” Morgan forced himself to sound calm despite that fact that he now recognized the thing in his best friend’s hands to be a live grenade with no pin.

Summary
It was not a victory for Reid. It was a wound that cut far deeper that he would’ve cared to admit. Nobody had died, but he would never forget the way Adam Jackson’s broken stare vanished for the last time. Adam was dead, all the same as if they’d put a bullet in him themselves, and Spencer couldn’t bring himself to grin and lie and say that was good enough.

“Hotch?” Morgan’s voice cracks over his shoulder.
With hands he’ll forever deny are shaking, Hotch reaches up and presses two fingers to Spencer’s carotid, even though he can feel him breathing. It’s faster than he would like, but it’s there, and it’s strong. “He’s okay, just unconscious,” he assures his other agent, whose hands hover over Spencer’s back like he’s afraid to touch him.
Gideon steps closer, reaching for one of Spencer’s arms. “Here, I’ll take—”
Hotch doesn’t let him finish the sentence, crouching down so he can hook one arm under Spencer’s knees, careful to keep the other supporting his back, then lifts him slowly. Sleeping people are heavy, and his ageing knees complain as he returns to a standing position, but he doesn’t blink.
Or: After being rescued from Hankel, Reid makes the perfectly reasonable decision to take a quick nap. So what if it's a little sudden and in the arms of his boss?
