“Percy was one of the bravest, most selfless demigods I ever knew,” she inhales, shaky and wet, “and he died too soon. Like most of us do. He did so much for camp and I…I cared about him. So much.”.
Percy's heart skips a beat at the same time that an inaudible gasp escapes him. Annabeth's eyes snap up from the cloth to his eyes. As if, somehow, she had sensed the irregular drum of his heartbeat and heard the falter in his breath.
Her brown eyes widen, and her cheeks flush a deep shade of maroon.
“Percy!?” She screeches.

My rewrite/prediction of Percy's return from Ogygia, using the characters from the Percy Jackson TV series. Because I think Walker!Percy would go about it a little differently than Book!Percy would, no hate to my boy...

Summary
Annabeth likes to keep a few general rules for herself.
They aren’t written down, or anything- they just linger in the back of her mind. She has been doing this whole demigod thing for long enough to know that keeping a disciplined mind is how you survive out in the real world.
Then, she met Percy Jackson, who threw pretty much every rule she had made for herself out the window.
(Also, Annabeth thinks she might be crushing on him. Hard).
So when he disappears on the Princess Andromeda, all of those rules go out the window.
(Or: what if Percy didn't have the Golden Fleece when Luke stabbed him in the elevator?)
