Summary
Sherlock thinks her love for Joan is hopeless and unrequited. She's convinced Joan is straight and therefore never lets on how she feels about her. So when Joan comes into the living room of 221B one night saying that she's going on a date with a woman from the clinic, Sherlock's world comes crashing down and she's forced to reevaluate their entire relationship.
