Aegon's face splits in a mocking grin, "whats wrong? Am I making you nervous?"
Jacaerys has the audacity to scoff, even at a time like this, "the fuck do you think?" He tended to get mouthy when he felt threatened. It wasn't his best trait by any means.
A sharp clack hits his ears before a burning sting pricks at his cheek, mouth agape in shock. "Don't get smart with me. Do you forget that I have a knife? I could kill you if I wanted." Aegon sneers, squishing Jace’s cheeks between tight fingers, his mouth making a kissy fish shape. Dick twitching and throat pushing out a hollow laugh when Jace sighs a whimper.
He'd looked so sweet, so scared, like he was just about ready to cry, it invokes an honest to god coo out of him.

Jacaerys suceeded to the Iron Throne and he took both Aegon and Helaena as his queens. With Aegon he can be rough, and he must remind the court of his status as an omega explicitely, but with Helaena... with her he is gentle. Caring.
So much so that she doesn't even care that Aegon is his favorite, because she's the one who knows him best. Aegon may take his knot more, and may provide him more heirs, but Helaena is the one he lets whisper in his ear at court. The one he trusts. And that is worth more, in the long run.
tldr: Helaena's warped perspective on her relationship with Aegon and Jacaerys in a dark omegaverse. Through smut, cause why not.
